Part time Cleaner/Handyman needed to manage Airbnbs

I am looking for someone who is handy and can turn over my Airbnbs for the next guests. Some cleans will be harder than others. Some things will break and will need to be fixed. Our airbnb descriptions say they will be charged if they don't keep it how they left it. So mostly you will be just running a wet mop and cleaning surfaces, taking out trash, etc. I would like to work out a set $$ amount per clean. If something needs a deeper clean you would let me know and I would charge the customer more. That additional money would go to you. I would also need you to pick up cleaning supplies when we run out. You will have a card that will track expenses. All in all i am hoping its normally a 30 minute clean per turnover. Fixes and deeper cleans would obviously take longer. ***YOU MUST HAVE A CAR & LIVE REASONABLY CLOSE TO BOSTON.
