Paladino Development Group We have three positions open for our lawn/tree crew helpers. One Team Lead/Supervisor and two Helpers. This team manages the lawn cutting and trees trimming/removal for multi-family apartment complexes, commercial properties, and single family homes throughout Omaha. This team also trashes out vacated apartments and various other important tasks. The Supervisor Position pay starts at $16 - $18, BOE. The Helper Position pay starts at $13 - $15 BOE. This position and this company has a lot of opportunity. There is opportunity for one to learn welding, automotive maintenance, sign making with a state of art printer, CDL training to become a CDL licensed driver (we have our own garbage truck!), among other things. This is a very physical job! This team work harder than anyone else in our company. You have to have a valid driver's license with no more than a combination of two speeding tickets/accidents and no DUIs in the last 3 years. Work Schedule: 1. You work from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 2. You will work 45 hours a week, Monday through Friday. 5 hours of OT. 3. YEAR ROUND "On Call" Requirements: Snow removal is an "on call" job we all do around here. No one at Paladino Development Group is excluded from snow removal and it can happen at any time of the day or night- you are required to be available and show up when it snows.
