LEAD CARPENTER/Jack of All Trades We are looking for a LEAD CARPENTER for our Maintenance Team. But, ideally, we are looking for someone who has a variety of skills to also include: *Basic plumbing *Basic electrical *Flooring *Drywall *Paint PAY: Is based on experience, skills, and current tool inventory. There is a huge range of pay for this position. So many factors play into the VALUE someone will bring. Just give us a call and we can give you a ballpark based on your particular experience/skills and inventory of tools- final offer number will come after an interview. TOOLS: We expect you will have an inventory of tools to complete the basics of your work with us. We have a Tool Program available to allow you to purchase additional tools or upgrade your inventory with no interest; payments deducted from your paycheck. DRIVERS LICENSE: A Drivers License is required (with no more than a combination of two speeding tickets/accidents and no DUIs in the last 3 years. Also, no SR22 requirement.) ON CALL: This position does require you to be on call for one week every 6-8 weeks for after hours, energency maintenance calls. SNOW REMOVAL: Snow removal is an "on call" job we all do around here. No one at Paladino Development Group is excluded from snow removal and it can happen at any time of the day or night- you are required to be available and show up when it snows.
