Lawn and landscaping work consisting of lawn mowing, landscaping, and snow removal.
Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds from time to time. Equipment is utilized as much as possible.
Must be able to operate commercial lawn and landscape equipment.
Must have reliable transportation and communication.
Must be able to work in extreme conditions.
Must have good attitude and be on time to work.
Must past background check. No felonies within last 7 years.
At least one year of experience.
M-F 8 am-6 pm during mowing season with occasional Saturday during Spring busy season. Hours can change depending on weather conditions, especially during snow events.
Benefits and pay include:
$16 per hour plus overtime.
Paid holidays immediately and one week paid vacation after 90 days of employment.
End of year bonus based on performance.
Yearly raises.
10 percent commission of profit from referral for any landscaping.
