Tulsa has a rich architectural heritage and TFA is passionate about sharing our knowledge with you. Grab your coffee and join in the fun!  December’s tour is DECO IN DECEMBER: Art Deco at its finest. Tulsa has some of the best examples of Art Deco architecture in the world. Art Deco is a striking design style took the world by storm in the 1920s. Several long-standing Art Deco buildings, designed in accordance with the style of bigger cities at the time, have been rehabilitated or repurposed to stand as living monuments to the past and we can't wait to share these Tulsa treasures with you. We invite you to look up, up, up, on this tour to experience this opulent architectural style as intended.  All tours will end before the Downtown Christmas Parade begins! So, come early for the tour (and to get the best parking) and then stay for the fun and merriment of a good old-fashioned parade!! TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets are $15 and must be purchased in advance.  We want to do our part to help cultivate the next generation of architecture lovers, so kids 12 and under are always welcome to participate in our tours free of charge. Thank you for your support!  ON TOUR DAY: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in.  Tours begin at 9:00 am and continue in 20-minute increments. Consult the bottom of your tickets for your pre-selected departure time. We recommend checking the forecast, dressing for the weather, and wearing comfy walking shoes. You'll be on foot for this 1.5-hour tour. Tours happen rain or shine!  CHECK-IN LOCATION: Check-in for this tour will take place at the Tulsa Center for Architecture and Design located at: 633 S Boston Ave. (SW corner of 7th St. and Boston Ave) Tulsa, OK PARKING: There is ample street parking which is free of charge on Saturdays! We recommend you park south of 6th St to avoid Parade related road closures.
