Learn about wine, how to taste it and what it's all about Wine 101 Designed to familiarize the guests with common wine terms, basic varietals, production methods, flavor profiles and the traditions associated with the world of wine in a casual environment with none of the snobbery associated with drinking this century old beverage. We'll start with something sparkling then taste through three whites and three reds. $79 per student.
