On Tuesday afternoon, there was a sign promoting Ha Long Bay, a Vietnamese cuisine and seafood restaurant, at 66 Middle Neck Rd. It is not immediately clear when the restaurant will open. Patch has reached out to the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce and the Great Neck Business Improvement District for comment.
