Kathy Buley, a long-time educator at South Burlington's Chamberlin School, died from pancreatic cancer a little over a year ago. After being cancelled last year amid the pandemic, the school's annual blood drive was held in Buley's memory. (WCAX)The Vermont Professionals of Color Network is hoping to eliminate the economic and professional gap between white and BIPOC entrepreneurs, and increase visibility of BIPOC-owned businesses, with the launch of a new website. The website features a directory of 300 businesses across the state that are owned by Vermonters of color.
