We are a family-owned & operated business, based out of the Ozarks, that has been working with indoor ranges across the country for the past 10+ years. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. Job Description Cleaning projectiles out of rubber traps located inside shooting range bays. This job requires 2-3 hour periods of very hot and physical work. You will be required to wear a full body Tyvek suit and full face respirator while moving heavy equipment, buckets, and dollies of material to staging areas. - Must be willing to travel. - Must be clean shaven and pass a respirator ‘Fit Test’. - Must wear company provided Tyvek suit, full face respirator, and all required PPE. - Must be able to lift heavy equipment, move dollies, and lift buckets full of material. - Must be able to work 10-12 hour long shifts. 24/7 availability while on the road is required. - Must be able to work in all conditions: day, night, inside, outside, hot, cold, rain, snow, etc. Travel Description - You MUST HAVE a great attitude while traveling and living in hotels with other team members. - Part time travel throughout the year. Flexible scheduling, pick and choose the trips you want to go on. - Live ‘on the road’ 1-3 weeks at a time, then return home to take 1-3 weeks ‘off work’. - Travel can range from a few hours, up to a few days' distance, before arriving at our work location. - Hotel stay will always be paid for by the company. We usually stay at Hilton or equivalent tiered properties, depending on availability. You will be sharing a room with another team member and must maintain cleanliness. Qualifications and Experience A great attitude is required! We consider ourselves to be ‘the best in the business’, so we only want to work with people that carry themselves with that same attitude. - Onsite job training is provided. - Experience with forklift or front loader is preferred, but not required. - Experience doing hard physical labor in harsh conditions is preferred. - Experience wearing a respirator and Tyvek suit is preferred, but not required. - Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States. - Must be legally allowed to travel freely to all 50 states. Hours & Pay - Part-Time position. Jobs will be scheduled with advance notice. This job works well as a second source of income. - Pay varies per job, and will be agreed upon prior to scheduling. Payroll averages $1,000 - $1,500 weekly, with opportunities for bonuses on certain occasions. - Payroll is issued to the employee via direct deposit bank transfer.
