Police say that Tammy Guadalupe Ferguson has a learning disability and may get confused easily. Ferguson was last seen wearing a blue top and multi-color Vans shoes. (WFAA.com)Irving police are requesting information regarding another local incident that occurred at the intersection of North MacArthur Boulevard and Ranchview Drive: An 8-month-old infant fell from a moving vehicle on Sunday around 10:30 AM. The child was struck by another car and died from their injuries. The driver of the second vehicle left the scene, perhaps not knowing what they hit. Authorities are investigating how the accident happened and are requesting that possible witnesses reach out to 972-721-2761.
