Studio building includes an industrial sink on the ground floor, with a full kitchen and bathroom upstairs. There is an outdoor area and 2 shared parking spots, as well as street parking. There is a ramp entrance to the building. We are close to @BART/MUNI hubs and a few blocks from Balboa Park BART. Additional small fee for utilities and communal expenses (less than $10 a month) Shared promotion and chores.
