Job Description: Holiday Light & Décor Installer - SEASONAL Opportunity to increase pay $$$ based on performance Duties • Hang up holiday lighting on the exterior of homes, businesses • Put up outdoor holiday décor • Climb ladders • Work while standing on a roof • Work with a team to efficiently • Communicate with team members frequently • Follow all safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols • Remove lighting and décor at the end of the holiday season Requirements Experience is strongly encouraged but NOT PREFERRED!!!! - Must be able to work weekends and nights - Have a willingness to learn - MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE - Be 18 years of age or older - Have reliable transportation - Be on time !!!!!! - SELF STARTER/Takes Initiative - Be ambitious and motivated - Have a positive attitude with the ability to handle constructive criticism and instructions - Good personal hygiene - Ability to climb, crawl, bend, and squat repeatedly for the entire workday - Must be able to work on ladders for extended periods at heights up to 30+ feet - Lift a minimum of 40 lbs. - Work outdoors prolonged hours no matter the weather - Have strong communication skills Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
