Pines Movers LLC is looking for energetic, motivated and experienced moving supervisors to manage moving jobs, supervise the moving team and provide friendly and happy moving experience to customers. Responsibilities of Moving Supervisor Report moving job progress to superiors Develop a work schedule for movers/helpers Supervise all moving helpers Be the liaison between helpers and supervisors Solve disputes between movers Ensure that a job is adequately staffed Assign tasks to movers, based on their skills Ensure that the job is staying on or under budget Must be on time, consistent, reliable, and hard working Qualifications for Moving Supervisor Have minimum 3 years of experience in moving business High School Diploma or GED required Ability to organize a work schedule Ability to solve disputes between workers Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent communication skills Ability to negotiate Deep knowledge of the moving industry and processes Ability to handle fragile and sensitive items like Art, Piano etc Proven organization and managerial skills Ability to drive non-commercial box trucks Clean driving records Self-motivated, who have pride in everything they do Skills to assemble and disassemble furniture Able to skillfully and efficiently wrap and pack household goods to prevent damages
