FAQs What type of payments are accepted at the door if I don't purchase my tickets in advance? Cash and credit card will be accepted at the door.  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is available at The Dillon Parking deck across the street from Raleigh Union Station for $2/hour. Nearby street parking is free on Sundays and is subject to availability. No parking is allowed in the Raleigh Union Station parking lot next to the drop off circle as it is reserved for the use of Amtrak passengers.   How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Please email [email protected] with any questions about this event.   What's the refund policy? Full refund of ticket price will be given up to 1 day prior to the event and must be requested by buyer through Eventbrite (please do not contact [email protected] with refund requests) Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not have to bring a printed ticket but you must have your mobile ticket available to scan at the door   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes Will weather affect this event?  No, this event will take place rain or shine.
