Found kitten at folsom flea market back legs Non-functional it appears. We are assuming someone dumped the kitten there but just incase I'm posting this if you did dump the kittens what do you know about the Injuries any information would be helpful if this was a birth defect or accident. Apparently pass the time to fix the issues but for placement if it comes to that it would be helpful
