Naperville Soulfest 2020 Naperville SoulFest will be a true celebration of African American & Caribbean Descendant’s culture. The Naperville Soulfest is an Outdoor Bazaar filled with Food and Artisan vendors, Live Music performances by local Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, Gospel, Reggae and House artist on the Main Stage, dancing, Youth Zone and Beverage Pavilion.
