This Christmas Eve, Raleigh Rescue Mission is partnering with Southeast Raleigh Table to provide Christmas meals to the Raleigh community. On Christmas Eve Day, Raleigh Rescue Mission and Southeast Raleigh Table will be giving meals out to those in need in the Raleigh Community. The event will begin with volunteers gathering to pack meals at Raleigh Rescue Mission (314 E. Hargett Street, Raleigh NC 27601) and meal distribution will happen at Southeast Raleigh Table (1950 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh NC 27610). We need volunteers for helping pack, deliver and distribute meals on Monday 12/21 at 6:00pm, Tuesday 12/22 at 6:00pm, and Wednesday 12/23 at 6:00pm. We need drivers to distribute meals on Thursday, 12/24 starting at 11 am. PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers preparing and packing food on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday MUST be 16 years of age. However, a great way to involve children under the age of 16, is to volunteer as a driver delivering to those in the community.
