Shift It is a facilitated mentoring group for women. This session is all about leadership challenges and choices. Shift It is not your everyday networking group. Rather, it is woman-to-woman facilitated mentoring that has been specifically designed to address some of the top areas that women look for growth. The intent is to bring women together to collaborate, connect, learn and grow. Each session of Shift It is based on 4 themes - See Ir! Balance It! Fit It! and Do It! With each session we take a theme and choose topics that not only fit that theme but are relevant to the participants. This session is all about the leadership challenges that women face as well as choices they have to grow their leadership skills. We'll answer the question, "How do I fit leadership growth into my already busy career?" Through a short presentation, a variety of activities, and lots of conversation you will walk away with inspiration and an action plan. Eech Shift It session is 'stand-alone.' You do not have to have attended previous sessions to benefit from this one. Additionally, you can join us virtually or in-person where we have plenty of space to social distance. About your facilitators...Leah Braun is an entrepreneur, business woman, accomplished facilitator and National Guard Veteran. And, she is a mom and wife as well. Leah has a gentle method of bringing the best out of people she is around.
