Handyman needed to do some work on a townhouse

Hello, I have a 3 level townhouse with 3 bedrooms 2 half bathroom and 2 full bathroom. It has a basement and a patio. I couldn't really count the number of nail holes but most of them could just be painted over to make it go away. The paints are different in different floors. Basement has white, and kitchen living room has yellowish and bedroom are somewhat similar. All smaller paints from home depot could work for all this work. Major nail holes are probably less than 10 meaning it might need a little sanding to get it all done. These are list of things that needs to be done. Take down the two mounted TVs one in kitchen and another one in Basement and repair the screw holes, and paint. Install one dome light in the stair. The light is already there it's just the replacement. I have the replacement part. Install floodlight in the patio. There is already one and that needs a replacement. I have the replacement part. Replace 3 CO sensors. I have the replacement parts. Replace 6 Smoke Alarms. I have the replacement parts. Replace probably like 8 tube lights. I don't have the replacement parts for them. Install the washer drain pan. I just have an old one there. I have the replacement parts. Replace some bulbs that might be out. I have the replacement bulbs. Use the same paint to touch up some areas. I want to complete this in a day. Please let me know what estimates you come up with. I would love to get this done asap.
