Skilled worker for house remodel

We are renovating a Baltimore city row home in the NE Area of Baltimore city. I'm looking for a semi-skilled worker with general construction skills like installing trim baseboards, molding, caulking, painting/joint compounding/sanding. We can pay $15 hour with the total paid to you reported with a 1099 to the IRS at the end of the year. If for some reason you can't have the income reported and need to be paid in cash can do that for $12 per hour. Hours are 9am to 5pm. Looking for someone in good shape. You will be moving things around, unloading supplies and sanding walls which would be tiring if you are not in shape. Also, Please no drug users and NO SMOKERS. YES we will be able to tell if you are on drugs. When replying please answer these questions: 1. Tell me about your construction skills and your past jobs. 2. What city are are living in now ? 3.
