Need help selling, throwing out trash and donating items for an estate

Family member has passed unfortunately. Will need character references. Most of the work would be in December (with some in early November). Could be flexible on times but would have to be before night fall. Having the ability to drive is a great plus. Must be vaccinated and taking COVID precautions
