difficult cat for rehoming

I'm looking to rehome my very difficult cat hes become more aggressive over time I raised him from a small kitten hes almost 3 years old he has feline idiopathic cystitis but hasnt had any flare ups or issues in months I have his vet records he was on medication but it became too expensive about 2 months ago I love him very much but i can't contine to be attacked every day he needs special treatment and special care or just someone who won't mind him just existing around you without wanting to be touched or anything hes got severe singleton syndrome food aggression and hates literally everybody I've raised other cats in my life and hes been the hardest one for me I want someone who won't mind keeping me in the loop to take him in and hopefully fix his problems it pains me to just give him to someone else but I want him to be happy and find happiness maybe and be properly trained
