Please read # 1 and #7 at least, if you don't want to read the whole post. #1. Back ground on the project: It is a 8x8 Shed. T1-11 siding. Trusses are already made and ready to install. (Already at the future build site/at home) I have picked up all the materials as well already at the future build site [at home]. For anyone to do this they won’t need to deal with Rafters or building trusses. I can send the pictures for the Trusses. One or two windows and One door(36”) which are also bought. Roof is shingles. [I can do roof if you don't want to install shingles] #2. My expectations : Pretty straight forward Project : 1. Wood floor. 2. 2x4 walls 3. Trusses. Plywood/OSB sheathing on the floor and roof and T1-11 Siding on the walls. That is pretty much it. Again Shed is 8x8 and Walls are 8 feet tall as well. 3. FYI: I have already built the foundation with gravel and 4x4 treated lumber. (Can provide pictures as well) 4. Payment * We can pay $40.00 per hour in cash/check/credit card/any app. We would like to get this done this week. 5. How many people: One person can do it but it looks like it is two persons job to be knock it off in a day. 6. Experience : If you have no experience with general carpentry, framing etc... It would be a waste of time for all of us. Will need a reference or a past picture of the any project with wood/carpentry/framing involved. 7. PLEASE: Please if you are too busy, OR it is too small of a project OR you can't make it on the day promised, please please lets save all of us the trouble, wastage of time and money....etc.. I respect your time and I respect Skill trade folks (Just like me), my only request/expectation is to have the same humble, cordial and respectful business dealing/interaction.
