$20/hr cash paid each time - General Labor (fence painting, pressure washing, fixing minor paving stones, moving things, switching out cabinets, etc. Lawn Work /mulching/planting trees, etc --> EXPERIENCED) This would be just one or two times every couple of weeks. General maintenance for a single household. Please send me your phone number in your email please if you are interested. Please confirm the area in which you live and that is close to Johns Creek, GA. Please be honest - as won't work if you are far away. Please confirm if you have a truck and tools. Not required - but big plus if you do. If this works out - could last for a long time/ years if amenable. Can be 1- 8 hrs each time, sometimes just 4 hours over the course of 2 weeks. Please expect to provide references. Flex each time & we can arrange for next work based upon your schedule. I have ongoing general labor & lawn work tasks to maintain house and lawn where help is needed. Prefer someone that can work Friday, Saturday or Sunday during general hours of the day - unsupervised with experience that is trustworthy and has references. Timeframes are flexible and can be arranged job to job. I have been using general labor like this for years; but main person just moved away (worked for me since 2009) to be near his teenage son, so looking for new primary person. I already have lawn service, so this is just the extra work. You must already know how to do these tasks and be physically able. We are all immunized so it is fine if you do not wear a mask. For others if you are bothered by non mask wearers then I am not going to require it, so if that makes you uncomfortable be advised.
