Lost kitty?

I was walking on Kelly Blvd when this kitty crossed the street to follow me, meowing a lot. He(?) kept following me, meowing, for about a block. No collar. Seemed hungry, maybe lost? Just thought I’d post in case someone is looking for this cat.
