The River Trail

I am wondering how busy the River Trail is these days. If I am not mistaken I think it is in a one way status. Are there any guys that walk it regularly and can help me out and show me the ropes of navigating it correctly ? I am trying to get out and do stuff instead of playing around on the computer at home !
