Who needs help? Bored, retired guy with some skills. Going to try this a different way this time. Who needs or knows anyone that needs help that can't afford it? Maybe something repaired, maybe something hauled away to the hazard waste center or the dump. Possibly a ride somewhere. No money just a set of semi-skilled hands.
