We are looking for hard working, reliable, motivated individuals who are interested in a career as a Bricklayer. The demand is high, wages are good, and includes good benefits. No required schooling or degrees. No prior experience required. We will provide on the job training while you get paid! We are hiring for the entry level position of Hod Carrier - laborer to bricklayers. To become a bricklayer, this is where you start. This work is EXTREMELY physically demanding and fast paced. Outside all year. Must be able to manually move heavy materials all day. Must be able to work well on a team. Operation of many tools, heavy equipment and on scaffolding at various heights required. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week. We are only hiring full time positions. Consistent work year round. Starting pay depends on experience level: $20/hr for no experience; $25/hr for journeyman hod carriers. We offer benefits after 90 day waiting period. Benefits include medical, vision, & dental insurance, 401k pension, holiday pay, vacation/sick pay, and profit sharing. There are opportunities for advancement.
