I am looking to sell my SCA Appraisal Chicago area franchise. My area is from the Lake, to Rockford, South of the Wisconsin boarder to the 88/290. I have been receiving a steady flow of 35-40 claims per week, that include RV's, heavy trucks and other non-standard files. Included is me training you on non-standard files if you don't already know how to write them. I would agree to sell the franchise to you, and you can either pay at once, or weekly as we go along. There is also a fee for doing franchise ownership transfer paperwork. The pay is a 50/50 split between SCA and you, than can improve to a 72/28 split given you meet certain incentives. You can make $3000-$5000 per week given workload and work ethic. Please contact me if interested and I can cover any other information.
