Artist looking for a place to park a trailer to work in

(This can be anywhere within an hour of boston or providence!) Hello! I am looking for a place to park a 6’x12’ trailer while i do a bit of work on it. I’ll likely be working odd hours and may have to crash in it some nights. All I really need is electricity and a spot big enough to back the trailer into. I am a young artist whose practice demands that I be mobile. I’m trying to get back on my feet after my old truck was destroyed by a driver while parked. I can pay you for renting me the space and electricity, or, I can do work on your property if your situation lends itself to that sort of thing.
