Way too many national and regional companies are paying way too little and way too slowly. We are a local, 40+ year history, pay before we get paid (typically a week) co-op of small businesses all working together. We are seeking dedicated and backup subcontractors to provide snow removal for properties in the Baltimore area this year and next. We’re looking for plow trucks, salters, loaders, dump trucks, sidewalk crews, ATV’s, field supervisors (4WD needed), equipment operators. We also pay referral fees if we contract with someone new you refer us to.
