Learn how to relax your body and mind for easy birthing! Course Description:Women have given birth for thousands of years all over the planet, and each culture has a different story of the birthing process. Some birthing processes are spiritual and sacred, while others are medical procedures. In this course, we discuss the natural process of birthing and explore the possibilities of a smooth, natural birth. Even more, mothers will practice methods that allow the body to relax and help the process of easy birthing. Objective: Mothers will be introduced to Marie Mongan’s Method for Hypnobirthing and breathing techniques. Mothers will demonstrate methods discussed in the book HypnoBirthing and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the book's content. Mothers will practice guided meditations for relaxation and prepare their bodies for the birthing process through yoga and meditation. Mothers will end the course feeling confident in their ability to birth naturally and calmly.
