Moved to a condo, lost my hobby space in my home. Looking for inexpensive space to set up a club slot car track. It would mostly be me and maybe one or two others there time to time. Two or three times a year there would be a private club meeting. Mature men playing with toy cars. Includes actuary, judge, doctor, pharmacist, HR director and other professionals. This is a long shot, but: Space that I can have access to evenings and weekends. At least 12 x 20. Electric Access to bathroom (which I would clean) Secure.
