Description

Need 1 or 2 roofers to install Varitile iShingles over existing asphalt shingles with FR-10 slipsheet over asphalt. Experience with Decra helpful but not required. Install custom flashing on eve, rake and gable walls but will not use J-channels. Will provide training, installation guidance and supervision and have shingle layouts ready for all facets. Roof has 9 facets that need to be done one at a time, 1 to 2 days per facet, depending on area and layout complexity. Have the tools for cutting, bending and other shingle prepping. Work can be spread out over a few weeks weather permitting. Prefer to pay hourly rate to get best professional installation instead of payment per square. Will pay per completion of facet or by end of day and need invoice for hours charged. Must be licensed and insured.
