I'm looking to hire a maintenance person for a hotel in Wis Dells.
It's any where between 20-40 hours a week, and lodging can be provided after 30 days. Experience with tile, electrical, and plumbing a plus.
Job duties include, but not limited to maintaining the outside of the hotel, the inside of the hotel, fixing problems in the room like toilet issues, door handle issues, touch up paint, assisting with housekeeping if they need it, shampooing the carpet, making sure the pool area is clean and maintained, etc.
Looking for someone who you is responsible, task oriented, can take/follow direction, and has common sense,
