I did not find this phone personally but I believe it was found on what we call "Jump Rock," which is the tallest rock between Marietta and Columbia, just North of 30 on the Wrightsville side. I'm not positive it was on Jump Rock but it was somewhere in that vicinity on the Susquehanna.
