County Leaf Program is hiring Customer Service Call Center reps who can also be Inspectors/Scouts. Earn Extra Christmas Income. This is a seasonal position during the County Leaf Program. Scouts help manage vac crews from dispatch in the morning to refueling at the end of the shift. Scouts go ahead of the leaf vac trucks, install Subscriber ID signs and inspect for non-conformances and leave door hangers. Scout trucks also take pics/video of the curb line to provide proof of service. Scouts track and measure their crews vs the minimum required performance benchmarks for all vac crews. Daily routine includes driving township zones to insure services are provided in the most efficient manner. Includes interaction with residents to assist in providing high quality service.
