We are seeking a super nice person or couple to help us manage our small property. We will train you. We are open to men, women, couples, and "other." We have a one bedroom Camper that is fully loaded and fully furnished. We are finishing the repair work and are nearly ready to let the new manager move in and design the home. We provide everything: all utilities, internet, TV, parking, linen, towels, dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot, etc. provided. This is part-time work with a flexible schedule, so you can have a job outside. We are seeking a resident manager who can take care of a small rental property: a two bedroom house, a studio attached to the house, and three campers in the backyard under renovation. The responsibilities are: Keep the lawn manicured and beautiful for curb appeal. Walk the property routinely (morning and evening) and pick up and clean up as needed. Set the garbage out on garbage day and pick up once garbage is removed Check the mail - daily, and watch for deliveries. Collect pallets to use around the property (truck provided) Do minor repairs such as unclog a toilet, touch up paint, etc. Clean each unit once it is vacated and restock as needed. All general duties to keep renters satisfied and comfortable. We provide all cleaning supplies and lawn equipment. If you have maintenance skills, that is a big plus. You must be super neat, clean, tidy, and organized. The property must stay picture perfect at all times. Good cleaning skills are essential - the rental homes must be antiseptic clean - top to bottom. No heavy drugs or drinking - but medical marijuana is okay. No children.
