1 good guy to assist with lawn/fall and concrete work

I'm looking for 1 maybe 2 good guys to help with steady work for the rest of this season. Right now its fall clean up and do lots of small concrete jobs for people in the Rockford area. On the lawn work I pay a percentage and on the concrete work I pay a flat rate per job or flat rate per day to keep everything fair across the board.(We work 9 to about 3 p.m. Monday thru Friday) Please email me your information if interested or have questions.
