This interactive visual class will explore five commonly asked, but difficult to answer questions about ethics in the workplace. Effective January 1, 2021, all holders of HRCI Human Resources certification will be required to fulfill one ethics credit during their three-year recertification cycle. This includes aPHR, aPHRi, PHR, PHRi, PHRca, SPHR, SPHRi, and GPHR. This one ethics credit is included in the required 45/60 recertification credits requirement. Ethics is part of the core HR practices when managing daily employee interactions and organizational goals. The Employers Network is committed to assist HRCI Certified HR Professionals in meeting this new requirement. The following visual Classes will meet this requirement.
