Greetings, I am a 58 yr. old retired military vet, with lifetime pension. Currently living in Oceanside, at a 55 + community, in a room rental situation for nearly a year. The husband and wife owners are in there 80's and nineties, and are are at the stage of needing a professional live in care taker. I have my own furniture if need be in storage.
