As 2021 comes to a close, Lean In D.C. wants to celebrate our members and give back to women in the D.C. area community! As 2021 comes to a close, Lean In D.C. wants to celebrate our members and give back to the D.C. area community!  We have partnered with Suited for Change to run a clothing drive giving back to women who are seeking to re-enter the workforce and look confident for upcoming job interviews. All persons who bring items or monies to donate to Suited for Change will recieve a FREE drink on Lean In D.C.! Join us on December 8th to network, sip, celebrate, and serve the women of the DMV area! Lean In D.C. is the Washington, D.C. network for Lean In. We facilitate small, peer-support groups, to create a space for conversations about gender bias and the leadership gap, and to empower more women to achieve their personal and professional goals.  Lean In D.C. organizes speaker series, trainings, and networking happy hours. These events feature experts on managing difficult conversations, confronting challenges of inequality in the workplace, taking on roles as thought leaders, and feeling empowered in their personal and professional lives.
