Date Night Steakhouse dinner: NEW MENU!
Join us to make some great steakhouse classics with a few updates!
We will start with a traditional Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons, then make Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with two sauces: Charred Tomato Cocktail Sauce & Remoulade. Next, we'll pan sear Beef Tenderloin with a Bernaise Sauce over Sauteed Asparagus. To finish, we'll make a Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Cost of class is per person.
Schola is a result of Chefs Amy von Lange and Jerry Pellegrino's passion for not only cooking but for sharing their kitchen with others and teaching their craft in the process. With over twenty-five years of experience between them, the classes they teach at Schola are hands-on, informative, intimate and fun.
