Small Home Improvement company based in Riverview in search of semi skilled or skilled Tile Installer to do different types of Bathroom projects such as Showers and bathroom floors. Including working with porcelain, ceramic,stone, mud set beds and mosaics.Also to be done is drywall/cement board, painting, grouting, trim, fixture installs, cabinets and etc. Must have own vehicle, hand tools and small power tools to complete job. 1099 (with your own LLC & WC exempt) subcontractor. *Im not looking for crews at this time, basically most jobs are a one man job. If you have a helper that would be ok but he/she must have the necassary paper work as well (e.g. worker comp exempt etc..) or I will provide help as needed. Pay based on experience and the job. Must be reliable. Materials and heavy equipment/power tools provided. Job Duties * Tile (e.g. shower walls, bathroom floors and back splashes ) * Cabinet Installation * Carpentry, Trim * Fixture Installation ( e.g. faucets, vanity lights, toilets and etc. ) * Drywall, Painting, & Handyman Jobs * Demo & Clean up
