Need wallpaper installed on this wall

Looking for someone who knows how to install wallpaper who can help me cover one small wall of my apartment. The wall is 84" Long and about 9 feet high, and the wallpaper is 115" Long and 75" High. So the wallpaper will need to be trimmed a bit to fit, (including by about 1" on the width, so it can fit under the switch for the AC unit). Here's the wallpaper I'm going to buy - I also want your advice on whether I should get the peel-and-stick or the non-woven wallpaper. This isn't going to be in a room with high humidity or temperature changes, but it is right below an AC/Heater unit. I plan to be in this apartment for another 2 years. I've read that the traditional non-woven wallpaper is easier to apply and less prone to falling off the wall.
