Prince street 2 | Empire Studios Twice s week, any 3hrs between 11am and 4pm. Small bands only (2 to 4 musicians). Must be able to take for at least for the next 3 months. Use gear that is already there, or bring and store yours. Band gets keys to enter my room on a scheduled time. I am a Musician, so I am real and I respect other Musicians, esp those committed and serious about Music. Share starts Nov 20th, so hurry up to book your spot. $150/Month for twice a week rehearals(all together 8 rehearssls/month). Solo artist (drummer...etc), are welcome to rent the same room/same hours for $120 month. Night share will be Doubled (3hrs between 5pm and 10pm twice a week). Again, minimum 3 months.
