Hi there, looking to share a small studio with 1 other person (Drum Room/Solo instrumentalist) Currently two other drummers already, so splitting rent 3 ways with new person. Rent $50 a week/$200 a month BUILDING DETAILS: In Empire rehearsal Studios 2 Prince St Brooklyn 5-10 min walk from York (F) or Jay Tech (A,C) stations. 24/7 access with pin code on main door. 2 locks on our door Room has heat and a/c Elevator (room is on level 2) I currently have the nights and weekends while other person uses it Mon to Friday during the days.  Ideally looking for someone to lock in a few set nights M-F and also either a Sat or Sun but definitely very open to discussing further the flexibility to suit you. Welcome to use electronic kit or acoustic kit if you bring cymbals. (space to leave gear if needed) We are both fully vaxxed. Thanks for reading, talk soon! Cheers  Chris
