FREE: Home Buyer Education - WSHFC Certified Class Join us to become Home Buyer Certified.  You'll receive a Guide To Home Loans workbook, provided by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions.  Classes are held Monthly  (weekends & week day evenings available) Our HUD and WSHFC- approved classes provides the information, resources, and tools you'll need to purchase your first home.  Plus, by attending you will receive an education certificate that may qualify you for programs like down payment and closing cost assistance. The Washington State Housing Finance Commission through local partnerships help homebuyers learn how to purchase and maintain a home. Commission-sponsored homebuyer education seminars are the first step in purchasing a home.  Topics include;  Are you ready to buy?      Saving & Spending Understanding Credit Financing and Lending Real Estate Process Homeowner's Insurance
