This year before the Christmas holiday approaches we would like to engage each family that will to a FREE night of family fun, food, raffles and cheer! O.T.T.E, Inc decided that if they didn't a change coming that they would create a memorable one. We are excited for everyone that will to come out and skate, sit on the side and relax with different communities and neighbors and enjoy themselves at this time!
