CREATION is an acronym for eight timeless principles for living healthier and happier. CREATION Life is a research-based wellness plan, with a spiritual component, designed for those who want to live healthier and happier lives and embrace this unique, whole-person health philosophy. By consistently practicing the principles of CREATION Life, we fulfill God’s original plan for our lives, which is to live and be happy! This event is an introduction and overview of the eight-week program, presented by Dr. Garg, M.D., a nutrition specialist, and certified lifestyle medicine physician. Salient Lifestyle Center is a lifestyle education project founded by Ashwani Garg, MD, Terri Dallas, MD, and Gabriel Bardan, aiming to foster and restore people's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in Northwestern Chicagoland and beyond. Salient provides educational programs in healthy lifestyle based on the six pillars of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the eight principles of CREATION Life, developed by Florida Hospital in Orlando.
